watercolor shows the activity on the St. Lawrence River in upstate New
York during the summer. This picture was painted from a
photograph taken from behind the Antique Boat Museum in Clayton and
shows the bay with two classics waiting to be taken out into the river
where another classic is passing by and a large ore or grain ship
passes slowly up the St. Lawrence, probably headed for a trip across
the Atlantic to Europe or Africa. The original painting is
available as are limited edition numbered prints. |
