| "Summer On Lake
Placid" is a vinette of the beauty and grandeur of one of the
most beautiful lakes in all of the Adirondacks. Painted from an
original photograph, this 16" x 20" watercolor painting has
a recognizable Adirondack lake style boathouse with a backdrop of
pines and other hardwood trees. The sail boat tied to a buoy
adds a calming charm to this piece and the blue and green water seems
to balance the picture very well. Off in the distance is the
most popular and best known mountain in New York,
"Whiteface".
