| This old stone house is
outside of Canton, New York on the Canton-Russell Road and is owned by
the Van De Waters. It's a beautiful old house that is charming
in every respect. Its stones reflect different colors in the
sunlight from gray-blue to rust and it looks magnificent any season of
the year. The artist particularly enjoyed the wreath on the door
at Christmas-time and the long purple and blue shadows across the
lawn. It is
a finely crafted stone masterpiece enjoyed by all who pass by, and is
truly timeless.
The original has been sold but numbered
prints of this 16" x 20" watercolor are still available.
